I am on Atkins, and I have lost over 30lbs. There are a lot of reasons
why the diet might not be working. I am not sure which diet you are
following, but some people need to be stricter than others in terms of
the amount of carbs they are eating.
There are other possibilities - you could have a thyroid problem (often
cysters do); you could have an overgrowth of yeast in your digestive
system.
If you'd like to email me about this, feel free.
I would say stick to your guns. The progress may be slow, but if you
feel better and the pounds are coming off slowly, try to stick with it.
