Guys, I thought on high protein diets (at least when you don't cheat) that you were supposed to lose weight... and most people seem to do so quickly. especially when they are super fat somebodies like me! I mean what the heck - I've been on this "diet" for 8 days I started it at 315 and this morning I'm hovering around 312. Hell the other day I was 310!!! Now I know it isn't "just" about the weight and that I need to get my body to stop producing so much insulin - but if that were happening, shouldn't I be seeing better results? I am the type of person that thrives on positive results and gratification for motivation. I'm really at the point in my life where I am SICK of this, I want to be normal and I don't want to be fat anymore. I used to get by on my personality and kid myself that being fat wasn't an issue - but it is for SO many reasons. Mostly health. But you know what girls. I really really want to have skinny sex too. My entire sexual existance has been at 200+ and a lot of it has been really good. But if it is good like this, I kno it could be REALLY good if I were say even 150. Oh my god. That would be like losing half of myself at this point. Okay I need to go jump off the building. ****** Okay - hat I really need to knoww is how many of you are seeing weight related results - hat program you are on - and hat kind of results are you seeing? I.E. how much time does it take and how much do you lose every week? DO you lose every week?? I need some help girls - talk to me. I could eat pasta and rice if all I wanted to do was maintain.
