We are on the exact same sinking boat. :)

I didn't know that I was supposed to be low-carbing until I discovered this forum which was just a few days ago.

I have been eating minimal amounts of bready stuff for awhile now to lose weight but it would be nearly impossible for me to give up sugar. I hear and believe that this is something that you do cold turkey..when I try to taper it I have mad cravings.
