i know this message is old but i am concerned about my body fat. i am 29% which barely leaves me in the overweight category (just under obese - 5'6" and 180lbs) according to a chart i have been relying on.

what method have you been using to put you at 35% at only 140? how tall are you?

by the way, i have been on 1500mg glucophage/day for the past 1.5 years and just started having normal cycles in the past three months. hope they last as they have never been normally spaced out and i have had periods for 12 years.

also, anyone have a cure for a sweet tooth? i can't stand the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners and am a soda-addict! (at least one can a day) i try to curb my cravings for candy with fruit but that is also not good for me, right?

i appreciate any comments/suggestions.

thanks, amy renee
