I tried Ortho Tricylclen before I knew about PCOS and it made me sick,
sick, sick! I gained 20lbs. and fell into severe depression. It's been
proven to worsen PCOS. While I have the floor, I just want to tell
everyone that I basically diagnosed myself about 4weeks ago and am
converting to a low-carb lifestyle(not easy!). I've lost some weight,
but most importantly I feel wonderful. The carbs were killing me, and I
never knew it! God bless all the women on this page, you have saved my
sanity. Hooray, I'm not alone!
