I agree with the last couple of posts in this thread that I have read... everything I have heard about triphasic BCP's (like tricyclen) is bad bad bad for PCOS, it can just make all of the symptoms worse. I wish I could tell you why this is, but I don't know! For a while I was on orthocyclen and it also worked pretty well at masking my symptoms. Note I said masking, I have my own theories on why bcp's in general are a bad choice for PCOS but hey :) Hopefully you'll find one that works well for you soon, if that is your choice! Take care!
