Welcome to the board and the (sometimes confusing) world of PCOS. From what you've said, you may have PCOS and the first step for you is educate yourself and then find an educated doctor to diagnose you.

I've had the really weird irregular cycles and ovary pain, too. My opinion is that the ovary pain is from the multiple cysts trying to ovulate and it makes your ovary swell, but I don't know for sure. It always happens mid-cycle for me, so it's my body trying to ovulate not menstruate.

Many women with PCOS have weight problems and find low-card diets help.

Do some back reading on the board and you'll find lots of info.
