Lower back pain and mid section pain

Ladies, I seem to be experincing something that is becoming unbearable.
Starting around noon I start having lower back pain, it radiates around
the whole lower abdominal area of my body. It almost feels like I am
running a fever and I ache so bad. If I was ovulating I would attribute
it to that, but I have never ovulated and I have no signs of it. If it
was time for my cycle it could be attributed to that, but it is not and
this has been going on for months now. I am living on advil, and it is
making it hard to work. If I want to go out if I stand for too long may
back aches something awful. At night my legs hurt, and I do not stand
all day, it is almost like they burn. Any suggestions? I have a hard
time finding a doc that takes this stuff seriously.
I almost forgot to mention that the whole mid area feels almost feverish
when this going on. I feel feverish but I check and I donot have a
fever.
