going off the pill, any advice? I've been having too many problems lately and I believe the Zovia is contributing (migraines, cramps, unbelievable breast pain, depression come to mind). I've been unsuccessfully requesting that my doctor switch my prescription so I'm stopping. I'm curious about what others have experienced when going off BCPs. That last time I quit was two years ago and I remember having incapacating cramps during a period (I get them from time to time), that's why I went back on. Anyone who has any advice, I'd greatly appreciate it.
