Advice PleaseFrom: Ven (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 5 Feb 2001 09:24:42 -0600 (CST)
After a recent ultrasound my infertility Dr. diagnosed me with PCOS since I had visable cysts. I do not have other PCOS symptom, I ovulate regularly, get my period regularly, am not overweight etc though I do have one or two facial hairs. I am 36. My last hormone test showed my FSH level to be 8.08 and my LH level to be 4.3. I understand that lower LH levels could be a sign of an adrenal tumor. Is this correct? What should I do now? My Dr. is not very responsive and does not seem concerned with the diagnosis. I want to make sure this doesn't get worse and that I am doing everything I should be. Thanks for any advice!
