I have been reading some of the archives to get a better understanding. The only symptom I have that has been diagnosed through a blood test is that I am producing too much of the lutinising hormone and have not had a period over the past 6 months. The doctor wants me to go back on the pill - I am not sure, seeing as I have bad side effects before and am a Candida sufferer. I read this article about the natural progestrone - the doctor has put me on a 5 day course of Provera (progesterone) to kick start my period and nothing has happened. What other supplements or diet can help me. I want to do something the natural way because if I had to sit down and tell you what medication has done to me in the past two years - you would be shocked! I would really appreciate any input you can give, I am desperate!
