this is embarrassing, but i didn't even want to wash my hair cuz so much fell out in the drain. and when i brushed it and when i was walking and sleeping....handfuls..so, i know how ya feel. but it slowed down some when i was put on met and spiro, and now it's mostly normal, since i've also been on ortho-cyclen to regulate periods, etc. my hair was so pretty :( (i never paid attention 'til it was leavin'!) but it's getting better. my cousin tells me chasteberry (vitex) works for her, but i know nothing about that, except it's some kind of herb.
