You may have trouble conceiving later or you may even have trouble carrying this or another pregnancy to term, PCOS can affect every stage.

That being said, if you're not ready to have a baby this shouldn't rush you into having one. Only you and your partner (if they will be in the picture) can decide if you're physically, emotionally and financially able to care for a chid at this point. There are many choices for you if you choose not to continue the pregnancy or keep the baby, do your research and don't let anyone hurry or influence your decision.
