I have been on Glucophage for 3 months now and just recenlty uped my dose to 1500mg a day. I haven't lost any weight and have not had a period on my own. (I haven't had a period on my own since I was in High School...I am now 27). Hubby and I ttc for 4 years with no luck we then adopted. We want to ttc one more time...I need some hope!!!
