I am seeing a gyney soon and don't know how to work out my cycle as I just have continuous spotting - was brown (yuck) but is now a pinkish tinge. Is this my "period"? Also I have continuous sore boobs (they alternate - much to the consterntion of my darling hubby who can never work out which one lol) Does anyone know how to lessen the soreness - maybe by diet?
