Re: Spironolactone for Acne-what dosage?

One person is on 75 mg/day and another person is on 200 mg/day and both say their dosages are working for them. I am on 100 mg/day and it isn't working. As I have naturally very low blood pressure. I'm concerned if I was to raise doasge.

Question is then: What determines the dosage: body weight, severity of acne, low or high blood pressure or what?
