I have facial abody hair and irregular periods. I have been on Alesse 28 since april of 2000 the last 2 periods i have skipped previous to that I would spot about 4 or 5 days before the pills where done. I went to the endoctrinologist the other day and all my levels are in a very good range. Doctor suggested I stay on the pill(but changed it to a higher dose one orthocept(I think that is the correct spelling)Wants me to stay on it till July of 2001 and than probably take me off. Than my levels will be checked every 3 months. I am just wondering if anyone else experienced this. And when I do go off can I still count on the benefits of good skin and no more hair growing in than what I already have. Docotor said with this condintion no one can predict what changes may accure inthe future I may always stay the same or not. I am about 115 lbs. so I don't have the obese problem.
