If I miss a couple of doses in a week (doesn't happen often but has a couple of times) or if I take aspirin I notice a difference in how effective my Spiro is. Any less than 200 mg a day and it's not as effective for me. You may want to ask your dr. about increasing your dosage or maybe switching you to something else.
