I don't know anything about the relationship between kidney stones and PCOS, but I did have a kidney stone several years back and I did some research on kidney stones and for a certain percentage of people who develop multiple kidney stones (especially at a younger age than is the norm) these people have a certain bacteria that they think causes the stones to develop. You might want to ask your doctor about that. Also, when I got my kidney stone I was not drinking enough water. Since that time I drink water all day long and have never had another problem. It is more difficult for a stone to form when the kidneys are being constantly flushed out. I hope this helps.
