Hey Ya'll, I have PCOS with the facial hair, irregular periods, obesity around my midsection and hypertension. I am 22 years old and right now I am not interested in trying to become pregnant, but I would like to start getting the best medical care possible, so I would like to start going to an RE. My question is Is it appropriate for me to go an RE even though my goal is not pregnancy at this time? Do RE's even see patients with PCOS who are not trying to get pregnant at this point? Do they prescribe Glucophage to people with PCOS who are not trying to get pregnant? I appreciate anyone's input on this. Thanks in advance.
