Spironolactone for Acne? A friend of mind recently told me that she is taking Spironolactone for her acne. Having been on Acutane before she found this medication was much better with out the harsh side effects of acutane. I've done research on this drug and haven't come across any thing that suggests spironalactone has helped in the reduction of acne. Can anyone offer any comments?
