Hello. I found out recently that I have POCS. I am 29 years old and about 100 pounds overweight. I seem to have a good doctor. I had an ultra sound last week and he found out I have a thickening of the lining on my uterus. He said it was 12mm thick, and that I have cysts on both of my ovaries. Does anyone know the procedure for removing this thickening of the lining? Is this Endometriosis ?I have no children and am dying to have one. I was pregnant years ago but had a miscarriage at 5 months along. I am not ovulating at all he said. I have had blood tests this week and am scheduled for another appointment next week. I have no idea what to expect. I know my insulin is messed up he said. I have been having dizziness and blurred vision. I seem to have a problem with circulation also. Could the POCS be causing this? What should I expect as the first step in treatment?
