Oh, absolutely!! Was beginning to think I was the only one. Mine is accompanied with extreme tiredness which I best describe as feeling like you're coming round after a general anasthetic! Very difficult to explain to people like my boss who must wonder what sort of a brain dead person he has on his team. I'll be all right for a week or maybe 2 after my period (when I get them) and then the brain fog sets in and I'm all but useless. Had yet another day off yesterday because I didn't have the energy to get up!! Slept till 1.30 pm and still had to get back in bed by 10.00pm!! Any suggestions from anyone for alleviating this would be *hugely* appreciated.
