according to the link i have, you are not IR at all. here is the link if you wanna check for yourself.

but i wouldn't let the doc dismiss it is he thinks you are mildly IR...i mean being IR has the potential to go from "mild" to horrible in very little time without treatment. dont let him brush it off.
