My friend( not PCOS ) and I tried Advanced Shen Min for Women and were surprised by the results! It has REALLY helped us both a lot. We actually have new hair growth.

My only concern for you would be that you are on so many other things. May want to check with a Doctor.

I was skeptical when I started but have been very pleased with the results. You can get it at Vitamin Shoppe. They claim to be 94% effective.
