To those with knowledge of herbal medicine for PCOS

Hi ladies,

I have been taking agnus castus beacuse I read it was a natural clomiphene and the drug could raise progesterone levels. However, in "Living with PCOS", it states agnus castus can elevate LH and prolactin levels. As my LH was 4.5 times my FSH (I can't remember exact values), should I be taking this?!

Also, I am taking chromium, but am unsure how much to take and what time of day; with food etc. to take it.

Thanks for any help you may be.
