I too feel that "Brain Fog" symptom. I often get headaches I notice that I have a really hard time concentrating and focusing. I also have a hard time focusing visually. Could that be related to the PCOS too? I am also wondering if I should request a Glucose tolerence test. I haven't had one since i was Pregnant with my daughter three years ago. When i had it then, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes that was supposedly diet controlled. Mostly, I just want to feel well again. Will that EVER happen? Jayne
