I've been reading the forum for several years now and I was wondering if researchers have made any new progress on finding out what PCOS is all about. I know that there may not be a cure, after all, look at diabetes. Millions of people suffer and are treated daily, but they don't know what really causes it or how to cure it. I think PCOS is similar. But they DO know the mechanisms by which diabetes manifests itself. I was wondering if they were getting closer to that with PCOS.
