I am 5'6", 124lbs. I started periods at 14. Only had 1 or 2 a year. Aside from the hair, the other elements of PCOS (hair loss, acne unexplained weight increases, tiredness etc.) didn't go into full blast until I was 22 and went off the pill (that I started at 20). I have a waist to hip ratio of 0.7 I have wide hips and a tiny waist and tend to put on weight mostlty on the lower body.
