improve the effectiveness of ClomidFrom: Maggie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 15 Jan 2001 19:37:23 -0600 (CST)
A couple of weeks ago (Ok, so I have been busy) I mentioned that my Docs wife said that they had particular success in getting women pregnant when Clomid alone did not work by adding something. I couldn't remember what, but many asked me to find out. I just got back from the docs, and asked. It is BROMOCRIPTINE. Apparently when Clomid does not work in the first three months, and they add this, they see many pregnancies in the first month, almost always in the second month with both. I don't know about the dosage, and have not looked this up (afraid I would forget to post this, and I KNOW how you may have wanted this data MONTHS ago, not next week!) You can probably get more data on this, and I am sure your doctors can find out about it. Good luck girls, and do be sure to let me know if this helps any of you have the children you are trying so hard to have! Maggie
