Husbands and sex and when it doesn't work.

Sorry to post this as anonymous but it's a bit of a sensitive subject. I hope you guys understand. I was reading with interest the posts some time ago about women whose husbands or boyfriends just weren't interested in sex. My husband of a couple years is impotent. That combined with my PCOS is starting to kill our marriage. My hormones are so screwed up that I need sex, I mean I really need sex. But it's been so long I can't even remember the last time - at least months ago. He won't go see a urologist, no matter what I try or say. I have my own issues with my fertility but we sure aren't gonna be having the child we long for this way. To make matters worse my good friend of many years whom I love desperately has been a lonely single for many years and has started getting very close to me. I am comsumed with guilt, and with frustration. I can't imagine committing adultery but how can I stay in a marriage like this? I guess this is really on the fringes of PCOS related but I really need some help.
