well that all depends on whether you are trying to get pregnant right now or just sometime in the future. if your insulin and other hormones are way out of balance, it may be a good idea to approach the treatment of those issues first. you also did not mention what PCOS symptoms you have...if you are severely overweight, you should talk to your doctor about what would be the best fertility route to take. ALSO if you are type II diabetes, you should totally be in control of your blood sugars before attempting pregnancy.
