Lee remember losing weight is easier for some and not for others. In fact I had to be on androgen blockers to make my weight loss successful! I gained very easily. It depends on each persons body. I can gain massive amounts of weight just eating foods people take for granted in a normal everyday diet. I get tired of people who think PCOS is caused by weight. I know you arent blaming everyone but remember just telling people to lose weight it just doesnt work that way! Some people with PCOS have an easier time than others. I have a huge amount of weight to lose but I am doing 60-70 a year (this has worked over last 3), that is the diet I can handle and I have hundreds of pounds to lose. everyone has a different metabolism. Heck even some PCOSers are thin. IT does hurt the fat PCOSers feelings and Im just saying this to be honest when they are told over and over well if you lose weight you wont be sick especially when this ignores the fact that weight loss is harder won for many PCOSers and many women gain weight from PCOS. This is why you are getting the feedback back. It is hard to hear people say well Im no longer fat (like you) and that means Im no longer sick. Fat people get enough shame and blame. I would love weight loss to be paired with OUT any of that stuff trust me. I had to ignore many of these hateful messages since I am and probably was the heaviest person on earth with PCOS 630lbs 3 years ago...and now in the 400s. IT can
