Along those lines, I have been reading in a book (I THINK this is where
I saw it) that if you have been diagnosed as medically infertile, i.e.
have been having unprotected sex for a year with no successful
pregnancies: Your success rate with fertility treatments is like 55%,
but your success rate with no medical help whatsoever is almost 35%. So
all that hassle of going to doctors and shots and whatever definitely
helps, but it doesn't help as much as we think it does! Just having
patience and waiting it out can work almost as well.
Okay that being said I think those of us with PCOS have a much higher
rate of fertility sucess than those with other fertility problems, so
everyone keep the faith.
