Kerry, I sorry you've had such a tough time.It wasn't clear to me from your message whether or not you've tried Met or any of the other insulin sensitizing medications. If not you might consider it. Taking those medications can improve egg quality and increase the chances of ovulation in annovulatory women. There are a number of articles written recently that give more info on these findings .
