32 with pcos and can't get pregnantFrom: Kerry (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 9 Jan 2001 09:31:45 -0600 (CST)
I have been trying to get pregnant for 18 mos. I have been through 4 cycles of clomid, 2 cycles of Follistim one with Lupron. My RE says I have responded well and not to worry. I have an IVF consult in March. The injectible meds that I take now cost $1800 per month. Each month I get more depressed. I am afraid I will never get pregnant. I would love to hear from anyone going through this. Has anyone had any luck with Follistim,or IVF? I have been getting ovarian cysts on the meds and have to skip a cycle inbetween. I am really frustrated not to mention the strain this is causing on the marraige.
