I have been on Diane for 1 1/2 years and 100mg Spiro (now down to
50g/day). When compared to Desogen, side effects for me are: breast
tenderness and minor spotting; benefits: finer, slower growing body
hair, no more pimples, lighter periods, no more cramps. My weight
hasn't changed.
Terri, you said Diane got rid of your facial hair after 3 months. Do
you mean, entirely? ALL hair is gone? That's amazing. What were the
effects on body hair (if you had any)? Do you take any other medicine?
