Yoghurt is great for yeast infection.Make sure it has added acidophilus as this is the active ingredient so to speak. To prevent attacks you can eat it, but during an attack you can insert into your vagina. The least messy way to do this is to soak a tampon in the yoghurt then insert it into the vagina for an hour or so twice a day. The other things that I've found help are cutting down on yeast and sugar in the diet and taking a bath with half a cup of bicarb soda. Love Emma
