Hey Koolaide: YES, my doctor is aware that I am quite an athlete. Although my exercise abilities have dropped considerably due to pcos and the dizziness. I've been having a little yogurt or cheese before bed and around 4 or 5 AM to prevent the intense hunger in the morning, but dizziness still prevails and is getting worse. Probably cause I'm 42 and have had this since high school and didn't know it. Body can't take it anymore. Wanted to know if this was a sign of insulin intolerance just for my curiosity. My insulin blood tests should be coming back next week. Waiting impatiently for the results! Thanks for your response.
