Char, first off, congrats on doing aerobic exercise !! I would make sure your doctor knows about this. Are you insulin resistant as well? If so, that is probably the problem. My doctor advised me to have a LIGHT snack before bed to avoid a drop in my sugar. Try this, it may help. Even a slice of cheese or 3 ounces of oj may help. Be sure to tell the doc. Take care.
