Dear Jennifer, Most of us PCOSers have swollen ovaries due to the out of whack hormones, so it is almost surely nothing to worry about. It seems your doctor is just being thorough. It is very very rare for someone of your age to have ovarian cancer, so tryu not to worry about that! Goodl uck with your scan, Love Emma
