Sounds like you have everything but an "official" diagnosis hon. Your story could have been mine 30 years ago except I had the syndrome as well as infertility from before puberty (1st period at 14, 2nd at 16, 3rd at 18, and pretty much one a year after that until mid 30's when all other symptoms continued, but I went first to a 28 day cycle, then a 11 day cycle and finally sought treatment, and took progesterone to regulate periods.) Get thyself to a doctor, and see what treatment options are available for you with the symptoms you are having. Get your fasting blood sugar checked too. We tend to have insulin resistance, and that too can be treated, and treating it will alleviate a lot of the other symptoms. Good luck Shannon, and let us know how you are doing.

If I have had a hysterectomy, does it mean I no longer have PCOS?
