A girl I know has had alot of plastic surgery, tummy, butt, thighs, before she knew she had pcos. Problem is.... when they do the sugery they remove all fat cells so NO fat can go there. She will never have a fat belly or thighs. However, because she has pcos and is insulin resistant the fat has started to deposit on her back, and feet. Yes, rolls of fat on her back and her feet are huge. I would rather have it where it is 'normal'. She can't find shoes and I'm sorry for her, but her back is gross. She also works out all the time and still gains so much weight. Don't have the tummy tuck until you get the pcos well undercontrol.
