Dear Maria, Finding the casue of your problems is half the battle. Cushing's disease presents very similar to some cases of PCOS. Once a definite diagnosis is made, then there are different treatments for each condition. If you have PCOS you may find eating a lower carb diet mmay help with the weight loss. Metformin will also help you. Good luck in finding answers! Love Emma
