Hi, Anon: I'm 42, and found that, while my PCOS was untreated and my testosterone levels were high, I could have kept at least three husbands sexually busy. (I did limit myself to one husband, who was always exhausted but deliriously happy...) Once I was put on Marvelon, a BCP to balance my hormones, it helped my symptoms but eradicated my sex drive. I complained to my doctor, who changed me over to Ortho BCPs, and my sex life is "normal". The point I'm trying to make is that perhaps hormonal balance, which is different for everyone, is the key to a balance libido.
