I hope you can help me with this inquiry. I've read Dr. Shelltes book on how to choose the sex of your baby. Though I don't really care if I have a boy or a girl, I read the book for further information and knowledge. As of now we still don't have a baby. According to his book, one must first determine the time of ovulation. That is through the cervical mucus and Body basal temparature. Now my question is, since all of us are PCOS, do all of you have cervical mucus? My wife has but it's kinda hard to determine if you have to find it everyday. Because according to Dr. Shelttes one should monitor her CM so she'll know when is she going to ovulate. How about you girls out there? I don't really know if it's applicable to us 'coz we do have PCOS unlike those girls who are really regular. I am determining this so I will know when is she really going to ovulate. the only problem is if one has PCOS I don't know if there will be CM or not.
