Dear Kathy, Although not a doctor and not knowing you, I'd say from your symtpoms there is a reasonable probability that you do have PCOS. Hypertension can be a symptom of PCOS, but doesn't HAVE to be in order to have a diagnosis of PCOS. I know my BP is normal for example. Hope you find some answers, Love Emma
