Good Lord! My BP is often under 100, last time it was 91/58. High BP can occur with PCOS but it isn't necessary. And if your PCOS and associated IR goes untreated, you will almost certainly develop it in middle age. You definitely need a new doctor, or to have your doctor revisit the issue and agree to help you avoid the complications of PCOS in the future.
