I after 2 years of trying to get pregnant I was diagnosed w/ PCOS. My endo put me on 1500mg per day and a strickly low-carb diet. 3 months later I found I was pregnant!!! It was truly a miracle. Before glucophage I found out I was not ovulating at all. I know everything is different for everyone, but I would give the rx and your body time to adjust. I also believe the low-carb diet was key for me. In fact I have had to go back on the diet now that I am not pregnant and I am back on glucophage.

Good Luck!!
