k I don't have any info for you off hand (I am sure others here do) but my thoughts are these: IF you don't need the pill for birth control, why not try staying off it. Then, once you see how your body is handling other drugs/diet/whatever, you can introduce it and see if it has benefits to you like regulating your cycles and reducing your symptoms. I think, there are a lot of good things the pill can do for us, but it shouldn't be necessary - it may do more harm than good.
